How to Return Merchandise:

If you need to return an item, contact us at 800-553-4567 to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returned items must have the RGA number written BOLDLY on any packages being returned.  Please do not write on the items to be returned.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

NOTE:  ALL RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO CREDIT BEING ISSUED. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM(S) RETURNED. ARCH ENVIRONMENTAL EQUIPMENT, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSESS A RESTOCKING CHARGE.

International Returns:

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased from Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc.

Shipping:

Whenever possible, we ship orders via Federal Express (FedEx). Our policy is to strive for the best combination of price and service possible for your shipment.

"Next Day Air" shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. "Second Day Air" shipments arrive in two business days after departing Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by UPS. Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most online orders ship within 48 hours. Orders must be placed by 2pm CST Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's shipments. Orders placed on weekends will not be shipped until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size, weight or chemical composition, and may be delayed because of these reasons.

Seasonal busy periods may prevent or delay Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air deliveries.
