The Super Saber® belt cleaner is a segmented blade press fit on a square frame. 

Notes:

1.  Hub with urethane bushing to absorb impact on tube.

2.  Max: Belt width plus 23" (584 mm).

3.  2¼ x ¼" (51 x 6 mm) W square tube
     with 1½" (38 mm) Schedule 160 pipe welded into end.

4.  Blades are pressed onto a 3 x ¼" (76 x 6 mm) W square tube.

5.  ¼ x 6" (6 x 152 mm) square weld plate.
