The Dean Energy Harvester (DEH) is a mechanical device that not only gives you better security while improving safety conditions at and around conveyor drop zones, but does it without increasing your energy consumption.

Using the weight of falling material (aggregates, coal, etc.) into conveyor drop zones the DEH generates raw energy that is used to power spot and site lighting, video cameras, conveyor equipment and rechargeable tools.

As the conveyed material contacts the paddlewheel the DEH's Power Rotor generates and distributes kinetic energy, which is then stored for future use or immediately distributed to other components. For a visual of how the DEH works, click here.
